Analyzing campaign performance metrics

Key Metrics to Track

1. Messages Sent

Total number of messages sent in your campaign. This is your baseline metric.

2. Delivery Rate

Percentage of messages successfully delivered. A healthy delivery rate is 85-95%.

Formula: (Messages Delivered / Messages Sent) × 100

3. Response Rate

Percentage of recipients who replied to your message.

Good: 5-10% for cold outreach

Excellent: 15%+ for warm leads

4. Conversion Rate

Percentage of recipients who took your desired action (clicked link, made purchase, etc.).

5. Bounce Rate

Percentage of messages that failed to deliver. High bounce rates indicate list quality issues.
